*Swim Instructor Job Description:*
* Teach Aqua-Tots Curriculum to kids of all ages and abilities starting at 4 months old
* We are willing to train ANYONE! The only thing required is an eagerness to learn, a friendly demeanor and an enjoyment/love for children
* Provide instructive feedback to parents, children, and peers
* Recognize and understand progression and level of swimming ability
* On-going training and growth through teaching assessments
* Complete student skill assessments
* Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift
* Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training
