```Duties:```
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a love for science by incorporating hands-on experiments and real-world applications into lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Provide academic advising to students, helping them set goals and plan their academic path.
- Mentor students in their scientific pursuits, offering guidance and support.
- Supervise students in research laboratory settings, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification in Science or a related subject area.
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting, preferably in science education.
- Strong knowledge of scientific concepts, including discrete math, microbiology, genetics, etc.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that promotes student growth and development.
