Assistant Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Teacher to join our pre-school team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher in providing a stimulating and educational learning environment for the children.
The Assistant Teacher will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure that the children have a safe and enjoyable learning experience.
They will be responsible for assisting with lesson plans, classroom activities, and providing individualized attention to each student.
The Assistant Teacher should have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with children, parents, and other staff members.
Responsibilities: * Assist Lead Teacher in preparing and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans * Monitor and facilitate student activities in the classroom * Assist with classroom management such as monitoring noise levels, implementing safety and hygiene regulations, and addressing disciplinary issues * Model appropriate social behaviors and positive reinforcement techniques * Assist with individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student * Assist with field trips and outdoor activities * Assist with and/or lead special projects such as arts and crafts, music, games, and activities * Maintain accurate records of student behavior and progress * Ensure that the classroom is clean and organized Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
