This position will focus on the following: Timely and Detailed Contract Management • Assist with the implementation and daily administration of a contract management system • Manage and maintain contract database, including without limitation, preparation of contract summaries, contract tagging, calendaring of trigger dates and notices regarding same • Assist with the training programs aimed at organizational awareness, understanding and adherence to legal records and the contract management system • Process, track and maintain KYC submissions and • Supervise the lifecycle of agreements from the request stage to final disposition, including the distribution for signature • Manage the collection and distribution of certificates of insurance • Run regular contract reports and perform legal tasks as requested • Perform administrative tasks for Legal Team, including without limitation, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, answering phones, calendaring of important dates, drafting weekly reports, managing vendor insurance compliance • Maintain highly sensitive and confidential information • Perform various projects as requested Education, Experience and Skills: • A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a contracts coordinator or similar role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Paralegal Certification is a plus.
• Notary Public is a plus.
• Proficiency using Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint is required.
• Must have knowledge of the legal and administrative requirements of contract agreements and other fundamental legal principles and concepts • Must have knowledge of legal publications and periodicals and procedures for extracting information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and prioritize.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Lakewood, NJ Office Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: $24.
03 - $28.
84 h/r Travel: Minimal to no travel is expected for this position.
